Prescott Valley Crossroads was a major shopping center area in the town of Prescott Valley. Fann performed most of the sitework for several phases of the shopping center, improved the state highway running through the project (SR69) for ADOT, and performed other infrastructure upgrades for the Town of Prescott Valley.
